KB knows all the details and what is needed during negotiations. Hopefully, whatever the result, DECN gets a big boost for the business.
Sadly certain message board posters, non-shareholders, and trouble makers know better. As certain message board posters have stated many times, a trained monkey can do a better job (or an untrained monkey), so why give KB a chance. Let's empower someone to manage the company based solely on share price. How strongly do these people feel about this? Well some actually help J&J.
What I do not understand is why longs put up with this nonsense, or why longs do not say, as I have, "if you know better, throw your hat into the ring and come in and take over the company and show us all how it should be done."
