That’s what I heard too. I’m giving until the end of this month and hoping we get a treat (vs another trick) for Halloween.

I did take away from the call that NP feels the pain of the low SP but is unwilling to strike a deal that is based on a super low valuation. It seemed sincere to me - and we may look back and say “thank god we stuck it out a few weeks longer and didn’t give away part of the company for dirt cheap”.

In reality, none of us has the inside look he has and we won’t know til after the fact, but I’m sitting tight for now.
