According to liehub there is a 30 day trading window for insiders after financials, which would have expired right before this monday. So that could be Steve up until then but the same MO happened this week. So is there a third party involved? is my question. Any number of possibilities but definitely one of those possibilities is some entity who wants to have a stake in ONCI in a prearrangement with Steve.
I am only suggesting this because he talked about 2 hedge funds from Germany + another entity. We have not heard anything from Steve to say thats no longer the case. At some point though there would have to be an 8K so either way we should hear about it officially, wether a buyback or 3rd party.
