To put it slightly differently, we need to be in UNVC (or whatever our new trading symbol will be) before the Filings and the start of the PR's to be able to buy at .013.
Once Filings hit and then PR's start - the minimum price per share should be at least $4 and exactly how many are going to be available is uncertain.
