ONCI

OK, so we get large orders going through twice today at 2's & in short order
it bounces back to 3 almost like clockwork. As it has done many times.
If this was true dilution why does it always bounce back?.
Any other stock it would have been 1's a long time ago.
Is no one curious about this?
What are the alternative possibilities?.
I have some thoughts, what are yours?
