How many times have I posted the paid promos DO NOT jive with SEC filings and reports to the Bureau?
Who writes the reports? I just linked the latest.
Now, who manages the content of the paid promos?
Baer and deBry likely talk to Kyle a handful of times each year. Regardless, I have never thought they were in on anything. I would be surprised if they were, but I don’t know them.
Kyle said in 2016 they were on the wreck in Area 1 and it was about 1/4 mile from Area 2. He said until they got the permit they could work next to the wreck, but not on it.
