Wild speculation here! Does anyone else think the increase in shares might be in conjunction with;
A: A possible partial sale of SFOR, less than 50% so that SFOR remains the majority stockholder!
B: A merger/acquisition in which shares are used.
Just a couple of wild ideas thrown out for consideration and/or discussion. All IMHO
