Waiting for the 10k, it appears to me smarter minds are figuring a delay in the dividend is a possibility. No need to cut the price and delay the uplist. In earlier chats Joe gave the impression that a close below 2.00 doesn't necessarily restart the clock at 90 days, but I for one don't want to take that chance. I am transferring my meager funds and plan on buying what I can at the close.
