He gets 10/24 in my book. If he misses that, it’s just another glaring example of being a salesman instead of a CEO. He has to choose his words much more carefully, and then he has to back up what he says. I tell people all the time that words have meanings. If someone else decides that they can choose what words actually mean, then I can’t trust anything that person says that can’t be independently verified. For me, NP has waded dangerously close to that line.
