good luck finding any other OTC *target* that has spent years 10 years as a pubco with a SS and Float like PTOI
as was noted contemporaneously in the Fall of 2013 .. find any other OTC CEO who infused $Multiple Million$
as RH did on 9.30.13 (PTOI closed @ 35c) .. for the *privilege* .. of an UPSIDE DOWN NR unable to work
their usual $cycles of money .. rather 3 months later (12.31.13) .. PTOI would be *reset* to 10c .. and so it would go ~
