Rights offerings are usually a combination offering. Meaning they will offer 2 or more shares of stock attached with a warrant/warrants to buy more in the future at a set price. Then hopefully the price is higher than that set price and you buy the shares at the lower price and can sell at the higher price, if you want. However it is call a Unit. Joe mentioned about a steep discount to shareholders, but we don't have a value yet.
