I agree. Emily was a bit nervous. I came in right after her and tried to clarify what she was stating. Not sure if I did a good job or not. 
I think the 1:1 would be better off moving after the uplist in any case to benefit from the move and to improve the chances for the uplist.
With the NGIO happening at the end of November it looks like, that is a big point as that helps the stock as well I think.
Not sure if anyone caught the statement that Joe said about the loan also.
