Let me ask two questions posed as an either/or:
1. What is an acceptable settlement number to be sold to J&J, lets say sometime next week, after the threat of Rule 36 passes
2. What is an acceptable settlement number to be sold to J&J, lets say sometime next week, after the threat of Rule 36 passes, and if shareholders know (are told) there will be no cash dividend to be paid to shareholders (and there won't be).
