my sense is that Tom Bond, Chairman of the Board and Director of Yield Growth, is setting up is something similar to what he did with MAC Cosmetics.
Estee Lauder took an ownership position in MAC and eventually EL bought the entire company stock for an undisclosed amount.
Bond and his teams international approach and marketing and branding expertise will create their product line becoming a household name.
