With the transferring shares, I have been denied every time I've inquired or tried to transfer OTC stocks. I once had a ET supervisor call Schwab's supervisor and try to arrange a transfer of UNVC from etrade to Schwab. Etrade said there is a way to do it, but Schwab said it was against their policies so they did not do it. Tda also told me it's not possible.

So from my experience, it can be done, but it's a strict policy of all the brokerages to not do it.

So whoever asked why we don't switch to Schwab....that's why I wasn't able to switch.
