The nice thing about Gallagher deal is that SFOR's products must be purchased to be insured. And upon purchase of SFOR's software Gallagher applies a discount on your policy.
Also SFOR gets paid 1st.
As per Mark and George at the last shareholders Meeting.
This is a great deal. Once it gets implemented.
