It's pretty rare for Etrade, usually you can buy every stocks with them! With my Canadian broker, from february 2018 untill september 2018 I couldnt trade UNVC on there platform, I had to call them for 50$/trade, at that time they said it was because of the recent liquidity injected in UNVC!
For Etrade to do that, something must be happening, NOW!!!
