127 Million US households. 500 Billion US Treasury notes only exchangeable in US. Leaves about $4000 In Cash per household...having to have a bank account to exchange currency...or buy and sell.
Presently moving over 10K in cash gets Flagged. Drug and criminal cartel would be SOL...without a free flowing FED dollar.
