Craig , I must say , in a way I agree with some of your points , normally you be right , but IMO biotech is a special brand ,

Jack Welch came to a big accomplished company already...

When one is coming from the basement , one will never accomplish anything if one is not a big believer ,...

And to me in this situation the biggest believer mean more then the best talker , at least for the final results ,
yes for a short time I agree with you , but for me this is a marathon and not a sprint....
