I find it unusual that there is a CC with no agenda. Maybe this is management's way of keeping its promise to hold regular CC's to maintain communication with shareholders. However, I am hoping there is an undisclosed agenda showing progress in any of of its major initiatives. Either way, it's a good thing.
I can't think of any questions that haven't been raised here multiple times, so I'm sure you guys will "git 'er done". Perhaps one question that might be asked is, "Is it possible for Donohoe to update shareholders, in a public way, as to there progress in achieving uplisting?" This is my first experience with an advisory company, so I have no idea as to their restrictions or protocols.
By the time the CC starts, I should be 20 miles offshore. I'm going to try not to perseverate on what you guys are discussing, or the possibilities of what might be. As best I can recall, CC's never rarely seem to move the pps. Hoping to be pleasantly surprised.
