I'm not totally convinced about that Thess guy. He is all over the board with his emotions and bragging about his buys.
He was not told outright just made assumptions.
If Gary were to confirm then that would be something worth some weight.

I'm sure with the rains it has slowed recovery but should only need a little tweaking once the rains stopped
