I'm not an expert stock analyst, however I have wondered why this has been kept below .014 for some time now. It toggles between .011 and .014. Maybe the float is being bought up steadily. There are certainly some flippers, but they are making beer money. Could be Dalton's people are buying up shares. Thoughts?
