the irony of a known basher's *expectation* of a seamless deployment via
a table top model circa 2009 .. literally defies logic & common sense

what was stunning to see was the evolution by P2O's founder from 2009 to 2013
re: table top to flagship .. and then SAIC's eval of flagship
the NF facility isn't required .. what will be interesting to see is if NF is sold
and flagship dismantled and also sold in due course ..
bottom line as all with interest fully recognize .. when P2O files the 8K that shows
funds conveyed from first buyer to P2O .. NRs' rigged 10 year game against
P2O and her investors .. is over .. then the question becomes at what price point
will actual P2O investors *sell* of significance (volume)

of 82c to 3.00 (April 2011) .. that month's volume remains to this day .. NRs' *record setting* volume effort
