always interesting to see what gets trotted out by NR ..

take note of the list of MMs that actually matter on IPIX (3)

they are (and have been for years) CDEL/ETRF/NITE

https://otce.finra.org/otce/marketStatistics/...hareVolume

last month in September 2019 (link back to the breakdown of 100k done in *trades* EOD on 9.13.19 .. sort of like the plus 90000~ done in 22 seconds on 10.11.19 ) those 3 MMs did 80.05% of IPIX's *volume* as *reported to Finra* by very same MMs .. this is SOP .. note the overlap in volume .. 6M ~ 8M~ 10M~ .. 23M = 5M/8M/10M .. NRs' wash trading & resets have been beyond blatant on IPIX in 2019 .. to say nothing of NRs' maintenance of IPIX's *PPS range*

this is never retail .. it is NR who illegally manipulates a target .. but it is always laid at mgmt's feet that NRs' trolls lay the blame .. and when that doesn't work .. NR targets retail investors .. it's why we saw *effort* last year when NR illegally pumped thru Millions in Volume .. it's why we saw a new *tactic* earlier this year
when so many *new* (old) Multi/s showed up here and there .. but mostly we got
to see the *counter* by NR .. May 2019's run to reset on IPIX (23M~) with PPS
stopped out @ .4351 .. and the *effort* NR went to .. to negate the impact of the 5.16.19 PR

that effort is only 1 of 3 days (currently record setting) where IPIX has had *volume* of 4M~

note the 2 prior *efforts* by NR .. and understand the significance of those dates

05/16/2019 0.213 0.33 0.21 0.32 4,413,783
08/06/2015 2.47 2.57 1.52 1.71 4,181,492
12/08/2014 3.41 4.64 3.4 4.49 4,265,945

below is IPIX's Volume by month .. total number of MMs/ECNs *reporting* and the % and (volume) by CDEL/ETRF/NITE in 2019

SEP 2019 ~ 6,695,485 .. 11 .. 3 PRIMARY MMs did 80.05% of SEP 2019's volume (5,359,335)
AUG 2019 ~ 5,944,928 .. 9 .. 3 PRIMARY MMs did 90.99% of AUG 2019's volume (5,409,220)
JUL 2019 ~ 10,628,300 .. 13 .. 3 PRIMARY MMs did 80.63% of JUL 2019's volume (8,571,025) ** AS 8K'd
JUN 2019 ~ 6,924,408 .. 7 .. 3 PRIMARY MMs did 89.54% of JUN 2019's volume (6,200,578)
MAY 2019 ~ 23,313,601 .. 16 .. 3 PRIMARY MMs did 77.91% of MAY 2019's volume (18,162,633) ** NRs' run to reset to negate 5.16.19 PR
APR 2019 ~ 8,643,366 .. 8 .. 3 PRIMARY MMs did 85.77% of APR 2019's volume (7,413,380)
MAR 2019 ~ 6,751,376 .. 11 .. 3 PRIMARY MMs did 84.94% of MAR 2019's volume (5,734,853)
FEB 2019 ~ 10,152,877 .. 11 .. 3 PRIMARY MMs did 76.96% of FEB 2019's volume (7,813,424)
JAN 2019 ~ 8,556,711 .. 10 .. 3 PRIMARY MMs did 81.93% of JAN 2019's volume (7,010,709)

one of NRs' many talking points .. will be to tell you they are *retail* MMs ..
it is true the 3 MMs that matter on IPIX transact *retails' trades* ..
but those MMs also work for Non Retail .. and what NR never addresses
are the loopholes in play that allow for the exploitation of *retail* .. one of
the more famous loopholes .. was authored by a certain B Madoff .. some might
remember the name .. the reality is when it comes to OTC targets .. NR prefers
an uneducated retail investor because the odds *favor* NR outlasting a fledgling
start up that usually includes naive mgmts (as to NRs' intent) and clueless retail
investors .. add to that .. the *FACT* of little to no *oversight* on the OTC ..
and when actually caught (as some on that list have been) NRs' and CEs' giant
shell game of passing .. er acquiring .. serial bad manipulators is done by rote

and let's not forget that great protector of American retail .. the SEC's response
of wrist slap fines that are made up on another *target* (usually one with far more *volume* than IPIX has daily) in minutes

what NR clearly CANT negate is the *vote tally* on 9.19.19
with 90% of actual IPI investors (vs those who play them on
various SMBs) voting *FOR* (mgmt) .. that was 150M~

forest/trees always comes to mind with NRs' *efforts* in play .. realize why ..
