Good due diligence! I think the whole idea is that it's cheap to build a web presence and the initial impression on investors is what counts the most. In reality, the Nulixo website at Godaddy probably cost $12 for the year, per Godaddy's current promotion, and maybe a few hundred dollars to build the site. It's a cheap roll of the dice.
Some people are once again optimistic about the Nulixo deal. Some are guarded, undoubtedly jaded after a decade of seeing no results at PTOI. Some people like myself are extremely confident that the just-announced Nulixo deal is a sham. As always, time will tell...and if Nulixo simply doesn't pan out like all the other deals didn't then probably in another few years PTOI will announce a brand new deal and the cycle starts anew.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
