regarding PPS ..
if NRs' minions & trolls couldn't lie like rugs

NR (non retail) undertook their SOP cycle of money on CTIX in September 2012
magic price point was 70c .. NR worked cycles of money on CTIX until mgmt
uttered the words in 2014 that an UPSIDE DOWN NR couldn't *handle*
company's intent to uplist
after 2 years and a few months (and a run to just under $5.00 12/14) ..
NRs' handoff was underway in early 2015
and because NR was having such a tough time actually parting actual investors
from their *shares* for the first 8 months of 2015 .. we all got to see
what NR orchestrated by August 2015 .. if NR couldn't lie .. cheat .. steal *targets*
(ie illegally manipulate ) .. they couldn't make money .. let alone *outlast/survive*
with any targets ability to execute (ie outlast/survive) .. NR has less an less options to work off of
it's why the IPI investors 90% vote tally (150M) was so telling just one month ago
IPI has investors .. some retail traders (god knows there are far easier trades to play)
and imo (and clearly i'm not alone) mgmt's aggressive response of 2015 and
diversified platform .. retained investors
that presents a dilemma for Non Retail .. NRs' options *compress* .. they can
stall the PPS (hello most of 2019) in a tightly held range .. NR can *run to reset*
with enough time to *negate the impact mgmt's news* (May 2019 efforts for July's AS 8K)
or NR can relentlessly continue efforts to reset/compress/brutalize IPIX's PPS
this is NRs' tired and dated *playbook* today .. again a decade ago .. certain NRs
trolls posting on various SMBs would have the *impact* of retail selling first and asking questions later ..
those days are gone .. but NR still tries the same tired bogus bs when they are UPSIDE DOWN
NR particularly likes to work SMBs in the last Q of the year to *extol* tax loss selling
this is why *volume* matters .. watching NR pump thru approx 54M~ in volume
in the last 4 months of 2018 (when first 8 months ran to approx 34M~) to brutalize
PPS from early September high reset to 5805 (1.17) to a 52 week low of 07c on 12.31.19
showed just how *deep* an abusive hole NR was willing to take to get investors to sell
more telling are the multi/s who keep appearing in the whack a troll effort in 2019
and specific timing of *appearance*
it is crystal clear to me that NR knows what is en route .. but not the timing of
