While things sound good...I will wait to see if Nulixo or Red Wave have the Finance’s to actually do anything. Both websites seem to have been very recently created or in the process of being created. The only physical presence I have seen, so far, for Nulixo is an atty office which the officer is a principle and plaza office space.
