My theory and a couple others have stated similar is that the secured financing is tied to the license deal. Maybe it wasn’t initially and why he hoped to close it ‘next week’.....when asked about it (I think in the following CC), NP stated something along the lines that he couldn’t disclose further information, but we would understand once announced. My opinion is NP wasn’t lying (I understand those who feel that way) and that funding is still secured, but hasn’t been received yet......his hoped to have it next week was another staple overpromise. JMO.
