Yeah, raising the money to get to the BLA all at once eliminates some of the pressure. I agree the 30m in the bank would be nice. I suspect they are locked right now until the 6 week period ends on doing other deals. I suspect they want the first deal to be the big one. Can they sell Japan for 30m first and get 200M for the US? Maybe, maybe they think if they do that, the potential US partner says well you gave Japan up for 30M, why should I pay significant more.
