My read on new patents is, they evidently will overwhelmingly adressed each issues raised on the language of alice 101, that resulted in the defeat of some of our claims.
If these patents have indeed been aproved by the patent office, IMO based on the PR they would address all the issues and language of alice 101, restoring all the claims of our patent, making it as if the legally diseased filled slut alice 101 loophole never existed.
SFOR can either introduce into existing (not sure if they can) or start over suing everyone and our patents will then have the irisistable power of the hammer of thor. I see settlements in our future! SFOR =King of the world! Everyone using OOBA will crawl on their knees and pay SFOR triibute in the way of billions in damages and billions in the way of recurring license fees (everyone is using OOBA authentication and biometrics. All would be compelled to pay.
It would be interesting to find out when these new patents were written and whomever wrote and submitted them are legal Geniuses!
