Count 1 - Breach on Contract
Count 2 - Violation of Deleware Wage Payment and Collection Act (DWPCA)
Count 3 - Declaratory Judgement
Count 4 - Defamation
Count 1 is the biggest one, but at this point seems like CYDY legal representation brings a stronger case, especially if you read the filings so far (IMO). Count 1 to determine if 'for cause' existed and likely will be when we learn more details of what happened. Count 3 is a sub-piece to this dealing with the Stock Restriction Agreement for the 8M shares based on whether 'for cause' reason existed or whether he is allowed to resign and keep the 8M shares and other benefits included.
Maybe one of the lawyers can chime in and provide thier personal or expert opinions once they have time to read through the documents.
