Eleven (11) cases posted, only seven (7) were Rule 36. Of the seven (7) cases, Two were from 10/3 hearings, one from a 10/2 hearing, and three from a 10/1 hearing and one (1) from a 10/4 hearing, the last date for hearings to be held in the month of October.

We wait until Tuesday or Wednesday next week. There are 9 cases heard on 10/4 and these are not reported yet for Rule 36 and four others on 10/3 where the precincts have not reported. In deference to my friend fuente, I raise my percentage to 97.12%
