Sorry I was not able to reply to this post on yesterday.
I don't know what you are saying here. All of our business is qualified by the S.E.C., and also the Attorney General of New York - Blue Sky.
We don't know what 'quantitative easing' even is, if it's anything.
Also, and just FYI, our dilution formula is codified in all four of our offering circulars, which, again, have been qualified by the S.E.C.
If you would like a pdf. of each, let me know.
