Anyone else get this message from etrade? I wish I bought more than once this week 
We hope you`re enjoying $0 commissions on online US exchange-listed stock, ETF, and options trades.
This week, as we enacted our new pricing schedule, you may have noticed that no commissions were charged on your over-the-counter (OTC) stock trades.
Effective Friday, October 11, commissions for trades in OTC securities will revert to your previous commission rate. You will not, however, be retroactively charged for OTC trades placed earlier in the week–including on any open orders that remain unchanged prior to execution.
