The Form 4’s were in fact PURCHASES in the OPEN MARKET.
They were not grants, and they were not shares from the Company.
PURCHASES IN THE OPEN MARKET!!!! Confirmed.
Also, we know for a fact that these were the first in a series of purchases. How? The little note in both Form 4’s say so.
