Army, You are one of our pillars, here. You have done all that you can. There are just too many attorneys involved here for it to go quickly. Government attorneys (probably from a few different groups) slow everything down. And, we have UNVC and Euromed and other future subs AND BIG PHARMA attorneys all involved. Oh, and we know that auditors are involved. Have I mentioned that attorneys tend to slow things down?
