I believe that if any patients now will show to high density for 700 mg , they will not accept for our study for now , otherwise this will delay another one or two year if they will want to prove a safety for higher dose...
, but I believe that after approval well educated doctors might try it on some patients , with resistance or serious side effects to HAART ,
and company will do another 24 weeks or so safety study...if needed..
But I believe that at this time we have high enough numbers of efficacy in both combo and mono, that they want to have an approval with present doses ..
and not one serious side effect so far ... Extremely important !!!
