NP said today the FDA will decide on dose for combo after safety data is submitted. So it looks like that safety data might decide several things, combo, maybe also mono. I suspect they will conclude 700mg is safe, as we have seen ( with January data), so they will want to use 700mg in both trials. NP said last week or at some point lately, they are revising the mono protocol to submit to the FDA. I’m guessing it will be submitted after the safety data is done.
