what is more pathetic is NRs' effort to actually fill a legit bid
input from an IPI investor
original bid size ~ below 10000 .. so far 3 partial fills
(odds are for 3 separate MMs & October 2019's MM Monthly to Finra)
depending on when one *looks* .. the balance yet to be filled is current @ bid
time stamps are always revealing ..
