cue the NRs' (self reporting) legal .. 
like clockwork .. last *reported* somewhat factually circa 2012/2013
curious to see if there are any time stamps claimed today
i see the usual .. 2 sets of 10ks .. hidden/mirrored
an ask hit that adjusted @ CDEL's 028 ..
and then the usual bid feed that did not adjust (possible % based signal
for the 10k that followed)
and a 333 (could be a signal for 30k to wash the ask hit or 90k for bid) that also went off hidden
trades currently ..
NRs' real dilemma is two fold .. trading crew not *CONnected* to 2009-2013 *crew* .. entering (note the new mod's *followers* .. there) PTOI (because they can)
and most with functioning gray matter fully understand the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
of course to *front load* PTOI .. legit buys of significance (whether at bid or ask) move the *abusively* .. er .. maintained *ask* .. as was so aptly shown on 1.29.19

so how much volume would a crew entering PTOI now .. need ..
1M .. 5M .. 10M?
1M moved PTOI to 8c (and had one hell of a hidden % go off in *volume*)
that was 10 months ago
1M today (legit vs bogus washed/reset efforts) probably gets PTOI to plus 10c
5M today (ditto) probably gets PTOI to plus 20c
10M today .. (ditto) .. imo gets PTO to where NR has a dilemma from 2013 .. 30c
now .. i personally have no interest in seeing a trading crew enter PTOI
traders .. of which there are very few in PTOI as evidenced by lack of *volume* ..
but clearly one cant ignore their reality ..
what does interest me is seeing P2O file an 8K with multiple material events
including the conveyance of funds from buyer to seller
that makes this decade old *embedded* game of NRs' *efforts* .. OVER

i should add with NR needs a *regrouping* of talking points for any *new* eyes ..
of course .. the reality is (actual P2O investors) longs' *collectively* have done far more damage in 2019 ..
