October 10, 2019 / S.E.C. Rule 251 goes into full swing / end of the old shell game
The amendment to Rule 251(b)(2) of the Exchange Act of 1934, allows reporting companies now to sell their own shares, and also those of Reg. A+ companies. And, allows the Reg. A+ companies to do the same.
This ends the old shell company template and opens it up for huge new sales on the OTC.
Any reporting companie that are interested, please get in touch with us.
