That is what I understood also....z_smith and I were discussing this yesterday.
Maybe someone more experienced can clarify, but this potential partner has a sales force and will pay launch costs, would these launch costs not be shared (essentially) with CYDY as the 50% royalty is based on net sales. i.e. CYDY will not recevie any royalty revenue until sales exceed launch costs or is launch costs seperate from net sales and CYDY will get 50% of net sales from initial sales?
This could be a dumb question and the launch costs are essentially like a larger milestone payment and exclusive from net sales. Thanks in advance!
