I believe you are correct myself. It says in the requirements to be listed on the NASDAQ. There needs to be 400 shareholders, with 100 shares of stock. But knowing how much of a genius he is. He might know, or figure that if a major player comes in and buys out x amount of shareholders who don't own a significant amount. That could possibly drop the shareholder count below the requirements. So maybe that's what we have been waiting for. A good cushion of holders to reduce that chance. And now he has his cushion. ???
