$NTFL Monsta Volume, up 45% from bottom. Not sure what is up but this company deals in IPOs, even have a Chinese IPO Division... this has been a long huge dip and FINALLY bouncing up... perhaps another IPO is coming and someone knows with 3 mil shares traded. Keep on alert @.03. HOY .70 two years ago on a huge run. Nothing filed since 2015. Website active and shows list of IPO, lasts was $WAFU in April, $PUYI in March and both had big moves/successful.
