What I took from his response was that October is solid for a projection on news. Mark is true to his word when he says something is going to happen, but he usually says it’s coming faster than it does. For him to say a day or two or this month makes me believe it’s coming this month. I know it won’t take only a day or two to hear it but if from then until month end is the range I like our chances.
