Interesting. When the bid/ask was 1.95/1.97, I put in a bid for 350 shares (odd number so I could see it) at 1.96, so i was sitting on the bid at 1.96. There was about 3500 shares on the ask at 1.97. There has been no trades, yet the 1.97 has been pulled. Someone else is now bidding 1.97 for 200 shares and the ask is 2.00 for 7693 shares. So the 1.97 ask really didn't want to sell them?
