My issue with what Joe said though, it is a concern with the 1:1 dividend if we go by the formula. The lower the PPS, the lower we get with the dividend. I would think he would want the PPS to be as high as possible, since he has stated over and over, he is doing this for the shareholders.

2.00 a share and sinking is not a good look for the shareholders, going into a 1:1 dividend.
