yesterday an Innovation Pharma Investor
asked me about %s i see on avg (tapes/trades)
my response was (and has been for several years)
on those *imo* OTC targets that have survived/outlasted NRs' efforts
retail is 20% and NR is 80% (approx daily avg)

i look forward to *regulator's* scrutiny on CDEL .. NITE (Virtu) .. ETRF
specific to years of NRs' *efforts* .. imo hidden in plain site
