For some time now we talking about Leronlimab and autoimmune diseases , including Lupus..
From medical article this morning........
Obinutuzumab , Genentech , ( CD20-directed cytolitic antibody )
Got BTD for treatment of Lupus Nephritis. it was given after phase 2 study,
Obinutuzumab was given with Mycophenolate mofetil - MMF , ... Mucophenolic Acid - MPA, .... and corticosteroids,
And compare to second group with placebo replacing Obinutuzumab.
It met primary end point , and met key secondary end points.
Obinutuzumab ( Gazyva ) is use already in combination to treat Follicular Lymphoma.
