Without further clarification the 1:1 dividend is a nothing burger. I don't see the difference between the declared dividend and a forward split. Does it really matter if you own 1000 shares at 2.00 or 2000 shares at 1.00? When OTC didn't adjust the pps following the retired shares, the premium went away. If Generex and NGIO deliver, that premium should be evident as demand exceeds supply. Without that success there is no compelling reason to buy. I don't think I need to repeat my list of developments that will move the pps higher. However, uplisting cannot occur fast enough. There is too much manipulation with OTC stocks.
